Read the definitions carefully – just because the words are not in the job title does not mean they are not doing the work.

Crowd controller

Working without a license is an offence.

A company could be fined up to $60,000.

An individual could be fined up to $40,000.

As a license holder, it is also an offence to employ or contract a person who doesn’t hold a current certificate of approval. You could be fined up to $20,000.
