All active guards now hold a new Badge with classes on the badge associated with the types of work they can do.

Personal guard
Crowd controller
Working without a license is an offence.
A company could be fined up to $60,000.
An individual could be fined up to $40,000.
As a license holder, it is also an offence to employ or contract a person who doesn’t hold a current certificate of approval. You could be fined up to $20,000.
